Founded in 2000, Cmed Group has primarily been self-funded. Cmed Group has grown from the profits generated by its Cmed Clinical Services division, a full-service clinical research organization (CRO), as well as re-investment of profits into developing the Timaeus on-demand eClinical platform by Cmed Technology, its eClinical technology division. Between Cmed Clinical Services and Cmed Technology, some of our customers include Top 10 pharmaceutical companies as well as other leading and growing biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
Cmed Group has grown every year since its foundation, has an experienced and proven management team as well as a reputation for reliable, quality services and innovative technologies.
Cmed Group attracted external investment in October 2005 from high-net-worth investors, who remain supportive investors today. In October 2008, Cmed Group also received growth equity investment from SEP (Scottish Equity Partners) www.sep.co.uk
