Cmed Recruitment Process

Upon receipt of your CV/Resume, you will receive an e-mail notification that your information has been successfully received by our Global Recruitment Team. Your CV/ Resume will be reviewed by our team to assess your skill set, background and experience as compared to the position you have applied to as well as all of our current available positions.  If your background appears to be a match to our required skill set, a member of the recruitment team may contact you for additional information via e-mail, an electronic questionnaire, a phone conversation or a face to face meeting.

Once the additional information requested has been received and reviewed by the Hiring Team, selected candidates will be contacted to begin the formal interview process. The process used for the formal interview process will be dependent on the role; however, the types of selection methods used may include telephone interviews, panel interviews, video-conference interviews, competency based interviews, as well as psychometric tests and presentations. These interviews will be used to determine how candidates demonstrate their skills and knowledge against the competencies, skills and experience the role demands.  Please note - the number of interviews may vary based on the position.


Upon completion of all interviews, the recruitment team and/or hiring manager will review the candidacy of each applicant and make a decision. Once a decision is reached, an offer of employment will be extended to the candidate that best meets the requirements for the position. All candidates interviewed will receive notification on the outcome of their application.

If after reviewing your CV/Resume a member of our Global Recruitment Team does not feel that your skills and qualifications are a good match to the job requirements for the position which you have applied or to other available openings, your resume/CV will remain in our database to be considered for future opportunities within our organization.
